Answers to the most asked questions:
1. If the business has 1 owner it must be 100% Black owned. If the business has multiple owners it must be at least 50% Black owned.
2. All businesses MUST have a website. New businesses are welcome.
3. We handle EVERYTHING. We build your store/kiosk, input your information and move you in.
4. All restaurant and food vendors must be on at least one existing food delivery App such as UberEats, Postmates, etc.
5. Monthly rent:
Bookstore: $50
Music Store: $50
Kiosk $100
Food Court $125
Store $150
Premium Store $200
6. Each floor will have MAXIMUM occupancy per floor:
Premium Store level will only feature 20 stores.
Food Court level will only feature 25 stores.
Stores level will only feature 30 stores.
Kiosks level will only feature 40 stores.
7. Applications are reviewed from the 1st-14th. Acceptance letters are sent on the 15th. Deposit payments must be paid between the 15th-21st. We build your stores/kiosk between the 22nd-30th. All new stores are moved in on the 1st.
8. The leasing period is month-to-month. Rent is due on the 7th of the month.
9. We will utilize your graphics and branding assets to customize your space, you don’t have to do any work.
10. All financial transactions are handled by the vendors normal POS system - NO MONEY is handled by the mall, all transactions are direct between vendor and store owner.
